Overview
Aurora Resourcing are currently working very closely with a fantastic new independent fostering agency in the North East to find a driven and confident senior manager with a unique opportunity to develop and establish their own practice from the ground up. You will be very hands on and be a key driver in every decision, giving you the rare opportunity to hand pick your team of qualified social workers with an outstanding basic salary and bonus structure to Incentivise your successes and growth. The ideal candidate would be a dynamic leader with experience as a registered manager within a therapeutic fostering arena but if you are keen to learn and have one or two of these experiences you may still be considered. Key responsibilities will be To be accountable for the service meeting all the regulatory requirements, and to manage and develop the service day to day, Monitoring and maintaining full compliance with regulations and standards to ensure excellent outcomes for children and young people.
