£19.50 per hour (equates to NHS Band 7 and £40,560 per annum) | 40 hours | Days | Great Staff Benefits | Good CQC | A leading elderly and dementia care home in the Bourne area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification and a background in care management to work as Deputy Nurse Manager. You will manage, monitor and evaluate all aspects of the service, including participating in clinical supervisions and audits, and delivering effective line management and clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams. What we are looking for in a Deputy Nurse Manager: • NMC registered – Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD will all be considered • Demonstrate proven leadership/managerial experience in a large UK nursing home, with experience managing a large team of staff • Confident undertaking clinical audits, with a good understanding of the processes and procedures involved • Have good working knowledge of CQC essential standards, Local Authority requirements and best practices of care in an elderly and dementia care setting • A strong leader with effective communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to management If you would like to apply now, please follow the link provided.
