Overview
I am currently looking for a number of Backend Engineers to join a FinTech start-up who are building a new digital bank. They are backed by one of the biggest banks in the UK so have significant financial muscle and resources to achieve their aims. They aim to be the leading UK SME banking proposition and redefine business banking and provide all the resources need on their app from getting a loan, investments, business tools, insurance products, accounting and HR advice to successfully run their business. This is a great opportunity to be part of one of the newest FinTechs and give you the opportunity to work with some of the latest tech and tools to build a core banking platform from scratch similar to what Monzo and Starling have done. The Engineer will be working with Clojure and should have skills in one of the following: Ruby, Elixir, Scala, Clojure, Golang, Erlang, Pytjon, Haskell or Lisp The position will based in the City and pay up to £100k along with various benefits and flexible working.
