Overview
Our client, a leading multinational fashion company is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative to assist the company in maintaining its goal of World Class Customer Service. Your responsibilities will include: Being first point of contact for all customer queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner whilst utilising your language skills Proactively work to maintain and be dealing with any return and exchange issues and order status Processing and tracking of orders Work alongside the sales team and other departments where needed Maintain knowledge of products and keep up to date with new products and promotions About you: In order to succeed in this role it is essential for you to have previous experience in dealing with high volume outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast paced environment.
