The restaurant offers a full a la carte as well as offering creative menus using traditional and modern techniques. Alongside a number of private events their amazing site boasts several different food outlets, each offering a different dining experience- serving a high number of guests daily. They also offer an amazing fresh breakfast & brunch. Your New Job The role requires a proven CDP capable of working with fresh food to a high quality with volume. This is a real chefs role for someone that has the experience to hit the ground running and apply themselves to help deliver a smooth operation. Been able to work quickly cleanly and efficiently are a must. But above all been a great team player and a desire to apply yourself is key. Your Experience You should have proven experience at chef de partie level and worked with fresh produce. Rosette experience is not essential however would be advantageous as they are held in the restaurant. You will enjoy the challenge of delivering excellent services and look to provide exceptional guest experiences. A proven background working with high volume is also key. A generous salary of £22k tips (average additional £3k) and great work life balance given that there are very few double shifts.
