Overview
We are looking for a great Deputy Manager for one of the best pubs in Warwickshire. This pub has an unbelievable reputation and it’s clear to see why, they serve local, seasonal food in a beautiful eatery. Behind the bar, they are serving the best, well kept beers and offer premium spirits from across the world, not to mention the wine list, which is one of the best I have seen, at a very good price. This pub is an independent so you will have the opportunity to really make your mark here. The team there are incredibly knowledgeable and you can see that with the reputation. But due to a promotion, they are now looking for a deputy or assistant manager to join them and carry on improving. With a salary of £25,000, along with a very impressive bonus structure, this is a real opportunity for the right assistant / deputy manager to join them and in return you can be offered a real career with progression.
