Overview
Junior sous chef (including working in pastry as well) required for a Country house Hotel in the Cheltenham area. The hotel has a Restaurant, conference rooms, banqueting and bars. This is a country house hotel with around 40 bedrooms. This role would cover in pastry as well as main kitchen The role: As junior sous chef you will support the head chef and sous chef in the running of the kitchen. You will work in all parts of the kitchen including in pastry as wll as the main kitchen. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties.
