Global Business Excellent Company Benefits Credit Controller/Sales Ledger (Full Time) My client is a £50M turnover wholesaler based in South Manchester. They are looking for a Credit Controller/Sales Ledger to join their finance team as a standalone position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using SAP and will ensure all monies from customers are received and allocated in a timely matter. Key Responsibilities: Review 'Blocked’ sales order listing within SAP, which details orders placed that have been held due to customer being overdue or over set credit limit. Employ verbal & written cash collection techniques re all ledger accounts, to ensure that all customer debts are settled either on due dates or as soon as possible after any due date is exceeded. Review, record & ensure banking of all Sales Ledger related cheques received from customers. Maintain full audit trail & prepare bank paying-in book. Release, generate & print SD Credit Notes & pass to Customer Services Dept for customer services debit register update & then post out to customers . Releasing SAP PO’s under FD’s authority. Essential before you apply: Strong experience using SAP Credit Control experience within a retail/wholesale/FCMG is advantageous Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
