Where you will be working You will work 12 hours days, three days a week, with the occasional night shift. Though with 4 days off to rest and catch up on life, it provides a great work/life balance. We want an exceptional Charge Nurse for a pivotal leadership position Elysium is a young and dynamic company with a passion for the delivery of high quality patient centred care, led and delivered by management and clinical teams with enormous healthcare experience.We specialise in providing Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurological Care and currently have over 50 services across England and Wales.We recognise that to provide exceptional care to our patients, we need exceptional staff - and that could be you. AIMS OF POSITION To be accountable for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit.
