Health & Safety Administrator (4 days) Based: Egerton, Bolton (BL7) Salary: up to £18k dependent on experience. Lovely, stable business with great working environment Part-Time: 4 days a week, hours 9am-4.30pm Our client is a family owned, UK leading niche service business based in Egerton. The company are growing organically and have created a new roles in the business to support this. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will be supporting an internal team with all administrative duties (team of 3) and assisting external Health & Safety Consultants with facilitating this throughout the wider business Role: Ensuring business compliance with H&S procedures Organising H&S training for staff, maintaining records internally and alerting on training renewals coming up Office and fire risk assessment - ensuring complete and up to date Auditing project files to ensure all documents correct Organising PPE, hearing tests and first aid training for staff Liaising with external H&S consultants ready for audits Setting up appointments for Directors and setting up projects on the internal system Creating and monitoring inspection sheets, ensuring up to date on the system Taking minutes in H&S meetings, highlighting action points Ensuring GDPR procedures are up to date at all times Experience: Office Administration experience is essential (H&S experience beneficial but not essential) Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Outlook Team player - happy to help out when needed with other duties Looking for a long term role in a stable company Please send your CV for immediate consideration
