Adult Support Worker - Carmarthenshire - Temp-Perm Contract Hays Social Care are currently recruiting for a fantastic home situated on a working farm in Carmarthenshire, providing care and support to adults with learning difficulties in a stunning rural environment. This is a temporary to permanent position, meaning that after a probationary period, if you are the right person for the job then you will be offered a permanent position at the home. Requirements: You will need to be flexible with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends and nights. A minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker, preferably within a Children's Residential setting.
