Company Profile: A highly successful firm in the Legal Industry are now seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team to provide all-round support to the team and be flexible to take on ad-hoc tasks as and when needed. Job Title: Administrator Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Full time Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary: £16,000-20,000 per annum Job Duties: Answering the telephone Dealing with post Franking post Organising couriers Ordering stationery Archiving Taking cheques to the bank General office duties Candidate Profile: Experience in a professional firm e.g. accountancy/legal/ (ideal) Good organisation skills Confident using a computer including software such as Microsoft Suite and Excel Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
