Team Leader
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate person who can motivate and lead others in delivering support to our residents. Duties · Effectively lead, motivate and support a team of carers to deliver person centred care · Building professional relationships with key internal and external personnel · Clear, precise documentation, training and mentoring · Medication management and administration. · Shifts are 7:30am - 8pm/8am - 9pm (dependent on home) and working alternative weekends. We require · NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care · Great communication, ICT, organisational and leadership skills · 2-years’ experience Social Care preferably with Shift Leader experience · Empathy and passion when delivering care
