Join an established firm of accountants in their Preston office as an Accounts Semi Senior Your new firm A large national firm of Chartered Accountants based in Preston are seeking an accounts semi senior to join the firm due to a restructure within the team and the need for extra resource at this level. You will be joining the firm in their Preston offices which have around team of thirty staff. Your new role As an Accounts Semi Senior you will responsible for preparing financial accounts, corporation tax computations and management accounts for owner managed businesses and family run businesses with turnovers ranging from 1 - 5 million. You will work with various cloud accounting packages including Xero and Quickbooks and work with your clients to ensure they are utilising the technology necessary to their advantage. In this role you will be provided with full study support. What you'll need to succeed The firm are seeking a tech savvy accounts semi senior who is competent in preparing more complex accounts to partner review. You will be responsible for liaising with clients over phone and email on a regular basis and therefore must be able to demonstrate good communication skills. Ideally you will be AAT qualified, studying towards your AAT level 4 or at the beginning stages of your ACCA / ACA.
