Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Global Insurance organisation based in Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex who are looking for Customer Service professionals who speak fluent French to join as a Medical Assistance Coordinator in their Night Team. As a Medical Assistance Coordinator you will be the first point of contact, providing assistance to expatriate policyholders, assisting and supporting local employees and travellers on a global basis who are sick or injured abroad. You will also be responsible for organising emergency repatriation and evacuation services whilst delivering excellent customer service and empathy throughout your role. The salary on offer is very competitive 20% shift allowance annual bonuses excellent company benefits . Nights - 4 on 4 off 8pm - 8am Languages needed - Fluency in French and English Start Date - ASAP
