Overview
Are you a graduate looking to grow your career within Financial Services? OR Do you have some working administration experience and wish to move into Financial Services? Based in the Georgian City of Bath, this reputable Wealth Management leader are seeking a number of customer focused, Client Services Administrator’s who will focus on the processing of new and existing business. You need to be personable and convey strong communication skills to in order to provide full administrative support across IFA businesses and its networks. Key responsibilities include: - Liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation required to complete re- registrations via telephone, letter or email Taking responsibility for the completion of administrative tasks Meeting all FCA regulations Ensuring TCF policies are adhered to, including raising any areas of concern with line management or compliance Understanding the WRAP platform market and how changes in the market affect the business model Motivated, strong communicator and a willingness to learn are all part of the territory in this busy role. You’ll need to demonstrate accuracy throughout and ensure your attention to detail remains focused despite working under pressure and within tight deadlines. PC literacy is a MUST.
