Overview

Job Title: HR Business Partner (Regional) Location: Hoddesdon (with regional travel) Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 17.00pm (this is a 24/7 operation so flexibly around hours will be required) Reporting to: Head of HR Operations Culina Group a fast moving, rapidly growing business is recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner to support a number of our site operations. Culina Group offers a series of high-quality, integrated supply chain solutions via its network of strategically located sites across the UK. At the heart of its proposition is the provision of warehousing and transportation services for chilled and ambient food and drink products, while there are various contract packing operations embedded within its network, and its bonded division offers extensive expertise in relation to dutiable goods. Regional HR Business Partner duties will include: Day to day generalist role business partnering General Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business Case management – advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process Manage employee relations issues associated with any change, in particular proactive management of the relationship with I&C representatives and trades unions Supporting the business with the development and delivery of people plans across multiple business units Influence the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure they meet the needs of the business Ensure performance management processes are in place and operating effectively Management of Tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as required TUPE management The Successful Applicant will have: Experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence) Experience of managing cultures and making change happen proactively adaptable to change, able to build trust, respect and openness Problem solver, using systems and expertise on behalf of the business and/ or employees Experience of working in Logistics In return we offer: Opportunities to progress through within the department or into other roles within the business.
