IT Consultant / Technical Support Manager (Windows Azure SQL Active Directory REST). This IT Consultant role balances support and consultancy; you will take ownership of planning, configuring, installing and rolling-out advanced web based systems on the Microsoft platform, providing 2nd and 3rd line support where necessary and upholding high-level technical quality across all work. As an IT Consultant you'll be a critical point of contact for clients throughout the full project lifecycle. You'll make an impact through managing multi-dimensional projects, configuring onsite and remote installation, supporting enterprise software and running technical workshops. As a product expert you'll be a key figure, providing pre-sales support to professional services consultants and sales teams across the business. In this IT Consultant role you'll be based in modern, open plan offices in a well-appointed location in Reigate, a short walk from a mainline station. Here you can enjoy a smart-casual dress code and strong work life balance. You'll be required to travel to London / South East client sites, and have opportunities for global sites every six months. Requirements: You have experience in a technical client facing role You're a confident, self-assured communicator with first rate presentation skills Able to relay complex technical information to a variety of audiences (and able to produce clear documentation) You're naturally analytical and a keen problem solver with meticulous attention to detail You have a good understanding of many of the technologies underpinning their solutions: Windows IIS; MS SQL; Active Directory; Window Server; SOAP/REST Web Services; COM; .Net; WCF As an IT Consultant you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £75k) plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including generous holiday allowance (plus options to buy more and your birthday off), substantial pension contribution, medical and dental insurance and more.
