Internal Customer Service Manager (Sales/ Manufacturing) 9 Month full time contract £30,000 25 days holiday Bank holidays Pension Lunch (Pro-rata) Bristol Internal Customer Service Manager required for a rapidly growing worldwide manufacturer. The company started as a Bristol-based, family run business and now have locations all over the world. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly, personable and engaging team where you will gain full product training. The successful candidate will come from an internal sales or commercially focused customer service background. You will feel confident managing a team of 7 sales and customer service executives. This will involve mentoring the team, coaching them through customer service enquiries and monitoring their performance. The role itself will be based in the company’s Bristol office. You will be responsible for the training and ongoing development of the team, ensuring sales targets continue to grow and the business achieves an excellent level of customer service. The role is primarily hands off but where required you will liaise with customers, recommending and upselling products where possible.
