Clinical Lead Nurse

£42,000 per annum (equates to NHS Band 7) | 40 hours | Days & Nights | Elderly and Dementia Care | Good CQC Rating| An experienced RGN/Adult General Nurse with a background in elderly and dementia care is required to work as Clinical Lead Nurse in a leading care home in the Erith area. Details of this Clinical Lead Nurse post and what our client is offering: • A permanent contract of 40 hours per week made up of 2 x 12 hour shifts on days or nights and 2 x 8 hour shifts supernumerary on day shifts • Very competitive annual salary of £42,000 • A friendly and supportive working environment in a modern home As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs.
