Are you a Home Manager who thrives on Turnaround? Maybe you have successfully turned your Home from Requires Improvement to a Good. Maybe you have done that a few times. Maybe you would call yourself a specialist; you may have moved a few times always looking for the next challenge. What if I said you could do this over and over again for one single employer? Travelling the country supporting services that could really do with someone who has your skills, experience and know how. I have just the opportunity - a Home Support Manager for a lovely client who is enjoying a fabulous period of growth. You will cover the North East, from the top of Northumberland down to Sunderland, so a willingness to travel and stay away from home is a must. I would say it's worth it just for the buffet breakfast An NMC PIN is advantageous but is by no means a must - as long as you have a history of managing a Care Home with Nursing you will be considered.
