EMEA Cost Transformation Analyst

Overview

Proactively provide insightful analysis and information, as well as finance advice and council on Cost Transformation initiatives. Develop, coordinate, implement cost savings reports, scorecards and benchmarks at a regional and global level. Gather, analyse, prepare and summarize CT actions/plans. Key Responsibilities Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analyses, information, and recommendations to the role customers and others, and clearly highlight actionable opportunities for improving profitability. Develop Cost Transformation dashboards, scorecards and data base files and adjust them to the needs of Regional and BU CT Teams. Coordinate the monthly CT savings tracking process with the five EMEA Consumer BU’s. Consolidate the monthly CT savings in dashboards for its communication and updating of shared folders. Support completion of information for monthly Multifunctional CT review calls. Support CT Lever owners monthly by analyzing and summarizing the CT savings for their areas. Support the CT Savings process for Quarterly Forecast, Budget and SBP (Strategic Business Plan). Support CT Finance Country contacts with clarifications regarding CT scope and definitions. Provide support for Capex (Capital Assets Expenditure) monthly actual report and support Capex Quarterly Forecast process . CPC (Capital Process Control) system owner back-up. Participate and support Value Stream savings analysis and its consolidation from an E2E approach, to deliver cost and cash conversion cycle improvements. Support ad hoc financial analyses and activities as directed. Required Qualifications/Experience Preferred - a degree in finance, economics or related field. Good systems skills are required, particularly in Microsoft Excel. Cost of sales experience preferred, preferably in a mill manufacturing environment. A high degree of initiative and self-coordination with a proven track record of high performance. Key Customers: Cost Transformation Regional Team, BU CT Teams, Manufacturing Directors, Global Supply Chain, Local Multifunctional Teams, Product Supply Teams and Finance.
