Engineer Manager We are a fintech start up, helping retail businesses accelerate their payment platforms for a smoother customer experience. Over the next 12 months, we have big plans with lots of growth involved. We are at an exciting stage in our product life as we focus on building a bigger and better version which will change how people apply for credit to pay. We currently have over 1,700 merchants using our platform and this includes huge worldwide clients. As an Engineer Manager you will help drive the success of the team. You will need to have experience with recruitment, reviews, as well as managing a team of minimum 12 people. As we continue to grow you will be managing a team of around 20 by the end of the year. We offer a lot of autonomy within the business so your ideas will be heard and acted on at every opportunity.
