Success ful Deputy G eneral M anager will have following attributes • Ensure guests are well looked after and cared for • Be a host to all customers and create mem orable experiences • Train and develop a team and achieve business and customer service standard targets • Genera l Manager must have 2 years’ experience in a similar environment with extensive knowledge in running a gastro pub or branded restaurant • Have had experience in full control of profit and loss accou nts • Must have a great business acu men and a level headed leade r This is a pub with a restaurant concept and our client is keen on a Deputy G eneral Ma nger who can fit in comfortably with the team , the business operation and communicate at all levels. You will be managing health & safety, staff (20-30 bar & kitchen staff) and employee training, recruitment, cost, stock, floor service and the entire restaurant operation between (7am to 11pm).
