Overview
A really ground breaking organisation with stunning offices in Bristol are looking for a Programme Lead to help deliver a major transformation across the whole organisation. You will lead and integrate the delivery of the transformation programme and supporting projects, that will deliver organisational effectiveness and future sustainability through innovation, efficiencies and improvements to processes, business intelligence & systems. We are looking for an experienced and highly competent programme manager who can demonstrate previous success in delivering major transformational change across an organisation. This will include - Successful leadership and integration of the planning, implementation, and management of programme initiatives that align to the company objectives Development and implementation of programme assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Delivery of the programme objectives, realising required benefits within the time constraints and budgets approved, whilst proactively managing programme risks to ensure a successful outcome. Support effective programme governance by advising of any deviation from those agreed scope and manage change requests that may occur. Achievement of organisational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance providing leadership and governance of the programme Oversight of multiple project teams to achieve programme goals, successfully managing and resolving competing priorities and conflicts between the objectives of the initiatives Development, monitoring and refinement of the project management methodologies, documentation and reporting that improve the ability to deliver initiatives to agreed scope, quality, time and investment. We are looking for demonstrable experience in the following areas - Demonstrable experience in delivering multiple Transformation Programmes with budgets in excess of £3million Demonstrable experience of delivery of successful technology supported transformational change including successful benefit delivery. Ability to lead by example, command respect and motivate the core implementation team whilst developing a sense of community and collaboration between the implementation team and the wider business. Proven experience in developing techniques, process, procedures and approaches to planning, monitoring and controlling projects and programmes to methodologies flexed to the individual requirements of the organisation. Sound negotiating skills based on mutual benefit outcomes Demonstrable ability in pre-empting potential impacts to projects and devising and implementing ways to mitigate these or solve problems Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes Experience in delivering change organisational wide with experience of change methodologies such as ADCAR an advantage Qualified in and well-practiced in programme and project management methodologies including MSP, Prince 2 and Agile with supporting Professional Certifications.
