Perfect role for a first-time mover - if you enjoy stakeholder relationship building, involvement in every key aspect of an organisation and high profile career progression opportunitiesthis is the role for you Churchill Howard are working with a leading business in the Walsall area, as they look for an internal auditor to join the team and this exciting business. This business has a global footprint and is exciting and innovative in their approach and internal audit is highly respected and well thought of across the group - so this role would represent a fantastic platform to progress. The role itself involves internal audit work and evaluating the effectiveness of processes, controls and systems across the company as well as ad-hoc investigative work. There is a mix of financial and operational audit. There is some international travel involved within the role which is framed at around 25% - so 1 week in 4 on average. This, however, is well mapped out in advance and also the flexibility is given back in return for doing this. You should be qualified (newly or recently) ACA/ACCA or equivalent and have an understanding of relevant financial reporting standards and strong communication skills and ability - you may be working for a top ten practice or have moved into internal audit in the industry.
