Page Personnel are working with a leading manufacturing firm based in Grimsby who are actively seeking a HR Coordinator to add value to their well-established HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current HR Assistant-level candidate which offers progression and even CIPD sponsorship. The role offers generalist exposure including taking notes on E.R cases, assisting on recruitment campaigns and contribution to HR projects. Client Details Our client is a leading manufacturing firm with an international presence based in Grimsby who are actively seeking a HR Coordinator to add value to their well-established HR function. Description In a fast-paced and varied HR Coordinator role based in Grimsby, roles and responsibilities will include: Organising and directly supporting the administration and coordination of new-hire checks and on-boarding, creating a great employee experience Supporting employees through their career and their interactions with HR including annual leave queries, flexible working application, maternity and paternity leave, changes to employment status such as hours, job role, location Support with HR project co-ordination and tasks as Directed by the HR Business Partner Acting as main POC and supporting HRBPs for employee relations,assisting with formal and informal disciplinary procedures, performance management and grievances through to resolution Carrying out regular HR Inductions, and regularly reviewing our policies Profile Demonstrable ability and experience operating at HR Administrator/Assistant level is essential Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise work, and achieve deadlines Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Team player with an ability to work on own initiative Basic understanding of HR practices/employment legislation Job Offer £25,000 - £30,000 CIPD sponsorship possibility Free company parking Great company benefits
