Attwood Perks is a young, specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy in Ipswich with big plans Following a successful first 2 years of business since launching in January 2018, we are now looking for an ambitious Resourcing Consultant on a permanent basis to join us in Ipswich and play a key role in shaping the future of the business and help bring our vision to life As a Resourcing Consultant you will take ownership of the candidate customer experience, not only by focusing on finding and attracting new candidates but also supporting and building relationships with our existing talent pool offering advice and adding value at every opportunity. The successful applicant will have a self-starter mentality and have the capability to build relationships quickly and adapt to a wide and varying workload. The Day-to-Day: Identify candidates for both live vacancies and for talent pooling by utilising multiple sourcing strategies. Pre-screening of all applicants through rigorous telephone and face-to-face interviews. Provide continuous support and advice throughout the entire job cycle including interview preparation. To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer. To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads. Ensure all appropriate candidate compliance checks are in place. Think creatively to explore new methods of attracting candidates. Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates. Essential Skills and Criteria Comfortable with high volume telephone work. Strong organisational, prioritisation, communication and time management skills are essential. Ability to build strong relationships quickly and leverage these relationships to drive results. Advanced questioning skills. Ability to influence and engage with all levels of candidates. Exceptional listening skills. What’s in it for you?
