COMMUNITY NURSES / RN Jobs in SOUTH/SOUTH WEST LONDON Hays Healthcare is currently recruiting Community Nurses to work in the largest community healthcare provider for London. We are able to offer part time or full time hours to suit your needs The Trust dedicates community services and intermediate care to residents in the boroughs of Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Richmond, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Brent and Barnet. The trust provides a full range of services for local residents as well as specialist services for patients. The Trust's vision is to provide community based healthcare services at home, and closer to home, giving patients they care for greater personal control and choice, helping them to stay independent longer. Successful candidates will currently be living in the UK have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record and ability to work under pressure and e vidence of professional development. You will need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar setting. In addition to the above you will need to have updated immunity against Hep B, Measles, Rubella, TB and Varicella.
