Overview
Children's Registered Manager - SEMH Hereford £35,000 - £40,000 Our client, a well thought of and reputable provider of Education and Residential Care for children with a range of conditions including Social Emotional Mental Health needs, are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Hereford. The ideal candidate will have worked closely within children's services in a residential setting specialising in Social Emotional Mental Health needs. A positive, driven and very approachable personality is needed and most importantly, someone who has a real passion for quality care. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager you be will be expected to lead and support your team within your home, provide professional care and guidance. This may include supervision's and management investigations and supporting Ofsted inspections. Requirements NVQ Level 5 or working towards this qualification Must have current residential home management experience Excellent knowledge and track record with OFSTED Strong background of working with Children who display SEMH and challenging behaviours Location This Service is commutable from Hereford, Malvern, Gloucester and Worcester and surrounding areas.
