Group IT Administrator

I am currently have a exciting opportunity for a Group IT Administrator to join a well established team based in Desborough. Main Duties includes - To develop, implement and support all internal IT and Communications Systems (laptops, desk telephones, mobiles and other related devices.) To be responsible for the internal first-line support of application systems, including service availability, service continuity and incident / problem management within required timescales. Investigate existing ICT systems and processes to identify ways of improving their use or identifying cost effective alternatives. Examine existing ICT systems and business models, analyse systems requirements, undertake product development. Network and server administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to give a high level customer service, self motivated with the initiative to diagnose and resolve faults. Have a genuine interest in ICT and willing to tackle any ICT related task. Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows 7,8 and 10.
