Housekeeping Manager 4-star holiday park Salary up to £22,000pa plus bonus Permanent, full time Live in accomdation Cornwall Staff Agency are recruiting a Housekeeping Manager , in a popular holiday park with over 100 well equip caravans near Looe with stunning sea views. As Housekeeping Manager will oversee the smooth running of the housekeeping department, managing a team of up to 20 cleaners. Compiling cleaning schedules, department Rota’s, checking cleans, staff training and maintaining high standards. As Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning to a time frame, maximising opportunities and improving performance. Key Responsibilities will include… Ensuring standards are met and exceeded Safety of customers and staff Adhere to all health and safety, hygiene Maintain all Public and staff areas Achievement budgets & goals Liaising with all other departments Recruit, train & develop new staff Monitor stocks and ordering Create weekly rotas Qualities you will need to display: Previous experience managing high volume housekeeping team A can-do attitude Be a hands-on team player Communicate well High organisation In return you will receive a competitive salary with a bonus structure, permanent position with live in accomdation on site.
