The Candidate The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker role require the following following skills and attributes: Previous experience as a support worker/Carer required We have shifts around the following areas; Oldham, Greater Manchester, Stalybridge, Rochdale, Bury and surrounding areas. Our staff would cover the following; Young Children, Adult Care, Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, Autism, Learning difficulties, It is also a HCAs and Support Worker’s responsibility to provide patients with personal care, and demonstrate empathy, dignity, respect and compassion at all times.
