Your daily tasks will involve a variety of jobs, such as making a cup of tea or lunch, having a chat, and assisting with personal care (like washing & dressing). You will have real responsibility, out and about in the community, and everyday will be different. Our full package includes: · Excellent hourly rates are based on your qualifications & experience. Our rates equate to well in excess of £10.00 per contact hour and are enhanced over bank holiday weekends. · Preferred hours contract with full time, part time days & evenings options (alternate weekend working required) and a better work/life balance with our unique rota system. · Generous mileage allowance and fully paid travel time as unlike many others we pay you for all your travel time at the full rate. · Induction training, shadowing and holidays all paid at the full rate (and we insist you take your holidays). · Ongoing specialist training with fully paid Apprenticeships, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, etc. · Rewards and recognition for your hard work with our ‘You’re a Star Scheme’ and ‘Achievement Pins’. · 24/7 Support from your Team Leader, HR Team with monthly check ins and open door policy and our Buddy Scheme (for those who are new to care). · A more comfortable retirement - as we auto enrol you into our pension scheme. · Recommend a friend scheme and new joiners’ bonus - with generous lumpsum payouts. · Career progression opportunities as all vacancies advertised internally. · All equipment provided free includes mobile phone, uniform etc. · Pool car to help you with emergencies . · Immediate start dates and plenty of hours available in your local area.
