Purpose of the job: To support the Lead clinician/Senior Physiotherapist in the management and organization of patients. To manage a case load of patients with varying diagnosis. To promote the services of the business. Qualifications: Degree/ Diploma in Physiotherapy Min 2 years Post Graduate relevant MSK experience HCPC & CSP registration Record of relevant CPD Key Accountabilities: To provide effective clinical treatment and manage a varied caseload of patients with varying diagnosis and complexity To develop and maintain excellent communication and working relations To follow policies, procedure, systems and structures to ensure the clinic is run in the best interests of the Company and its customers To promote, maintain and continuously improve high standards of clinical care, customer service and best practice To ensure that specific KPIs are continuously achieved To comply with all aspects of the Governance Framework To maintain confidentiality of customers, the clinic business and the Company.
