Overview
Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a Landlord & Tenant vacancy for a consultancy based in Brighton. The role will be to undertake rent reviews and lease renewals throughout Sussex with a primary focus on Brighton & Hove commercial markets. You may also have to undertake valuation for bank lending, accounting and other purposes and leasehold reform valuations. You will be expected to help train graduates and support them through their APC where necessary so being MRICS qualified is essential. The role will be well remunerated and a good package is on offer.
