Overview
Project Admin/Document Controller Share a passion for design? Do you pride yourself on your organisational skills? Are you able to contribute towards efficient project management? An exciting opportunity has arisen within a prestigious, international multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to bring on a Project Admin to contribute towards the smooth running of their projects. Situated in the vibrant West end of London, this consultancy has seen great success in recent years and have been expanding globally. The successful candidate will embody the company values and share the proactive mindset to drive forward the business. Responsibilities: On public projects, will track required MBE, WBE, and DBE consultant involvement on the project; provides timely reports to public agencies as required. May also need to establish files and procedures for annual audits by the public agency (or agencies) involved. Collaborates with various staff and departments in administrating day to day projects and reporting requirements. Assists project accountant in putting together invoicing and/or joint venture fee splits where applicable. May perform receptionist duties when project is located at a job site. May prepare drawings for presentation Fosters a culture of external and internal client services May be primary communication link between project team and consultants. Will assist with tracking the process for obtaining fully executed consultant agreements. May require processing comments from the project manager and consultants and obtaining comments from corporate legal department before final sign-off. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in related field. Prior experience in computer-aided design LEED credential within 12 months of employment SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Newforma preferred. Must be detail-orientated and able to handle confidential information at the highest level.
