Are you looking to take charge of an innovative Land and Property team, responsible for acquiring and managing a varied portfolio by way of acquisitions, strategic management, monitoring health & safety issues to ensure maximum efficiency of the estate? You will lead a team managing a predominantly rural estate, with a mixture of residential properties (including listed buildings), commercial units and multi-let office space. Liaison with consultants, budget control and regular reporting will be key to the effective management of this evolving portfolio. You must be a Chartered Surveyor having managed a wide range of land & property, along with demonstrable team management experience.
