Your main responsibilities in this role will be to provide day to day support on my clients CRM environments (Dynamics 365); ensuring that the CRM is maintained and administered. This will involve supporting user queries, technical issues with opportunities to get really technical and really take part in the configuration and development of said systems. You will be joining as part of a really exciting project and transformation Do you possess these skills? Willingness to understand Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and provide support Desire to ensure the core business system is documented and maintained Ability to understand user queries and relate to business process in Dynamics Understanding and practical experience of managing a hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Desirable: Experience of configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Desirable: Experience of report creation, development and maintenance. My client's team support business end users and troubleshoot their problems using the CRM environments, you will play a key part to the smooth operation of these functions. Have you done any of this before? Worked with and supported Microsoft Dynamics CRM? Supported and maintained an Office 365 environment with some focus on Microsoft Dynamics? Extensive CRM support experience with ability to pick up and quickly learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM? You must be willing to learn this. Managed internal support calls and provided consistent and robust communication to all users in respect to business and system process? Tested fixes, service packs and implemented system upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics? Qualification You'll have good technical knowledge and business knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will be a good communicator, be passionate, enthusiastic and excited by new challenges. You will be able to confidently provide support and guidance for business users and can work under pressure and accept criticism of work. Work well in a team with an accurate eye for detail who has a methodical approach. What will you get in return?
