Overview
One of East London most iconic residential schemes is about to enter a new phase of development and my client are now actively seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to work in a site base role. The scheme is widely recognised for being one of Europe's tallest residential tower blocks. This developer are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to work in a technical team of 6 people reporting into the Head of Technical and working alongside a Technical Manager. Candidates will ideally be able to display experience delivering residential schemes with R/C frame blocks having worked with a leading developer or main contractor.
