Staff Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD, St Matthews Healthcare – Northampton Salary: Band 5/6, pay rates starting from £14.35 to £18.09 depending on experience Hours of work: 36 hours per week [Full Time]. Due to our expansions on services we are seeking hard working and dynamic nurses to join our workforce within our Mental Health sites. We currently have positions in our Low Secure Locked Rehabilitation Service, Unlocked/Open Rehabilitation Services and Care Home Sector. Our services are delivered based on the guiding principles of recovery, personalisation and social inclusion. We offer full Multidisciplinary Team [MDT] in the form of Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Pshychologist. Our MDT work in partnership with other services to deliver the best possible support, treatment and outcomes to people who use our services to enable them to manage their mental health condition, develop skills in activities of daily living and are given the opportunity to achieve a fulfilling, and meaningful life and develop a positive sense of belonging in the community. St Matthews is looking for qualified nurses to join their existing team of staff. The successful candidates will be required to plan, implement, evaluate and review care and treatment plans, provide leadership and supervision to junior staff, support junior staff in their performance and development needs and ensure that high standards of care are provided to service users and is monitored and evaluated on a continuous basis.
