As a key member of the Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered across the organisation and that all targets and objectives are met in line with national and local standards. You will be an essential member of the team and you must lead on the implementation of an effective multi-disciplinary workforce in the organisation. You will contribute to the strategic development of business through strong leadership.
