General Manager Classic Village Pub with Rooms I am currently working with a great collection of pubs looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed General Manager to drive this fantastic pub with rooms forwards. You will currently already be working within a pub environment and have good all-round experience gained from food & drink led businesses, ideally with letting rooms experience too As General Manager, you will a strong "all-rounder" managing the FOH operation, whilst also being able to jump in and support the kitchen when required. The property offers freshly cooked, locally sourced food, washed down with local ales and interesting wines. As a General Manager, you will be given the autonomy to run your pub and tailor the menus to suit the local clientele. You'll look to manage and deliver your own P&L & work with local suppliers to create a truly magical atmosphere.
