Technical Business Analyst We’re really excited to offer this Technical Business Analyst role on behalf of one of London’s most recognisable FinTech Companies. Despite us all currently living through an extraordinary time, this is still a brilliant time to join this team as a Technical Business Analyst. The team is growing and having increasing importance in helping to improve the business and drive strategic change. The successful Technical Business Analyst will play an important role in defining complex requirements related to the Company’s FinTech platforms and processes. The new Technical Business Analyst will work closely with product managers, development teams, business stakeholders and users such as financial analysts and direct customers. The successful Technical Business Analyst will also play an important role in helping to define future requirements as the business improves and transforms certain existing FinTech platforms. As a Technical Business Analyst you will; Work closely with Product Management, Stakeholders and users to understand business requirements and determine functional and non-functional requirements Elicit and define business requirements within the product backlogs and work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and developed as needed. The analysis and improvement of core business processes and procedures. The development of process documentation for both current and future desired processes Provide support and assistance for the resolution of issues in UAT and production environments Data preparation and analysis activities Support the business with UAT and production releases, ensuring engagement and readiness We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst that can; Collect data, analyse business problems, make recommendations/proposals & resolve complex problems Work with Agile development teams and associated methodologies e.g. SCRUM Can demonstrate experience with MS SQL Server, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Team Foundation Server This Technical Business Analyst role will pay a starting basic salary up to £75,000, will offer an annual bonus, brilliant Company pension, training / educational budget, private healthcare and lots more.
