Overview

Sheffield Adults Services are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Workers into their adults social care division. Require 10 Level 2 Social Workers to cover Coronavirus absences. Require Social workers to undertake working responsibilities in line with the organisations response to the current CONVID 19 absences. Expectation for the workers will be to carry out: Essential assessments as may be required. Experience of safeguarding issues supporting vulnerable adults Facilitating hospital discharges The job is split across 2 bases, EWS is based in Netherthorpe House (address as below) and SPA is in the Crisis Hub at the Northern General Hospital (The Longley Centre, Norwood Grange Drive, Sheffield, S5 7JT) Person Specification You must hold a relevant Social Work Qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, DIPSW) and be on the SWE register.
