Overview
Prospero are working on another great opportunity for this established client who are seeking a Registered Manager for one of their good Learning Disability services. The Registered Manager will have extensive experience in working with clients with Learning Disabilities within the social care setting. The Registered Manager will also have a good track record and excellent knowledge around CQC and Compliance of care home services. The Registered Manager will have excellent management and leadership skills and can provide evidence of effectively managing a care home. This is an excellent company to work for, with great feedback from staff. They are a not for profit organisation and focus on the care of all of their clients and staff members in the UK. The group are renowned for providing luxury and bespoke care for which they have won several awards. Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 5 or equivalent Good track record CQC Compliance Good management and Leadership skills A Satisfactory DBS Check No Barring Desirable: NVQ Assessor qualification TDLB 32/33 or A1 or equivalent Multisite management Please apply and a consultant will be in touch with more information.
