Description The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for: Managing high volumes of correspondence Responding to a large variety of calls, emails, and letter enquiries Updating information on databases Providing up to date advice Profile The Customer Service Officer will have: Vast customer service experience Experience of working within membership organisations Worked in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a large number of calls on a daily basis Experience dealing with private and confidential information Job Offer A salary of £23,500, plus annual leave and pension.
