Our client specialises in the healthcare industry, and are looking for an Emergency Call Handler to join their dynamic team on an ongoing temporary basis. Main Responsibilities Answering incoming calls Use the clinical software to organise calls where appropriate Ensure information is entered into the system in an accurate and prompt manner Provide pre-arrival advice Person Specification Excellent telephone manner Confident Good computer skills Communication skills and rapport building Empathetic nature Call centre experience (desirable)
