Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a HR Advisor to work at their site on the outskirts of Wrexham For the successful HR Advisor our client is offering: i. £23,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE ii. 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday iii. Excellent company package including Holidays, Pension iv. Excellent training and progression culture within the company The role - HR Advisor: i. Provide multi site based support to assist in talent attraction and on-boarding and employee relations ii. Ensures local compliance with legislative requirements and recommends best practice improvements iii. Deliver advisory support and coaching to the business iv. Works with the National HR Manager to deliver a best in class support to team members and managers throughout the UK and EU sites What our client is looking for in a HR Advisor: i. An experienced generalist HR advisor (breadth across full HR remit) ii. CIPD qualification completed or currently working towards - Essential iii. Exposure to a range of companies, across international markets Desirable iv. A desire to make and assist in positive changes within the HR Team v.
