Permanent Trainee Credit Controller, Based in Trafford Park Your new company This is a leading retail business based in Trafford Park that boast brand new, modern offices. Your new role This is a full time permanent job working 37.5 hours per week. Your main duties consist of; chase debt over the phone, email and via post, handle complex queries, escalate issues to the credit manager, building relationships with key customers, improve processes to maximise cash collection, liaise with internal departments to ensure as much debt is cleared as possible. This job requires with big company credit control experience who is confident managing key accounts. If you are currently in a B2B customer service role and your looking for a route into finance then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
